2. Cancellation Policy

  • Service-Based Projects:

    You may request a cancellation of a project within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not yet begun. Once the project is initiated or resources are allocated, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • Monthly Retainer/Recurring Services:

    For services such as SEO, Paid Marketing, or Social Media Management, you may cancel your monthly subscription 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month.

  • One-Time Deliverables (e.g., Logo Design, Blog Submission):

    Cancellations are not accepted once design, content creation, or outreach work has begun.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refund After Work Commences:

    Due to the time-intensive and strategic nature of our work, we do not issue refunds once a project or campaign has commenced.

  • Service Dissatisfaction:

    If you believe the delivered service did not align with the agreed-upon scope, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through reasonable revisions, where applicable.

  • Hosting Services:

    Refunds for hosting services are only applicable if requested within 7 days of purchase and no website setup or resource utilization has occurred.

  • Guest Posting & Link Building:

    These are non-refundable once live placements are secured or outreach has been initiated.

Infracode reserves the right to modify or cancel services or policies at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
